3. Orders and Payment

3.1. Order Accuracy: By placing an order, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. You are responsible for updating your information to ensure successful delivery.

3.2. Accepted Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods as indicated at checkout. Payment information is processed securely using industry-standard encryption.

3.3. Order Confirmation: Receipt of an order confirmation does not signify acceptance of your order. Pearls & Pelicans reserves the right to review and cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to those flagged for potential fraud.

3.4. International Payments: For international transactions, the buyer is responsible for any additional bank charges, currency conversion fees, or taxes imposed by their financial institution or government.

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1. Processing Times: We aim to process and ship orders within 5 business days of purchase. However, processing times may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.

4.2. Delivery Estimates: Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping carrier's responsibility to ensure timely shipment. Pearls & Pelicans provides estimated delivery dates but cannot guarantee exact delivery times.

4.3. Risk of Loss: Once an order is handed over to the shipping carrier, the risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer. We encourage you to purchase shipping insurance for valuable items.

4.4. Customs and Duties: International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

5. Returns and Exchanges

5.1. Eligibility for Returns: We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, unworn, unwashed, in their original packaging, and still have all tags attached.

5.2. Return Process: To initiate a return, visit our Returns page, enter your order number and email, and follow the instructions provided. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item was defective or incorrect.

5.3. Refunds: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected at our warehouse. A $5.95 processing fee will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

5.4. Exclusions: Final sale items and gift cards are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
