Shipping Timeline

Once you place an order, it will typically be processed within 3-5 business days. After processing, your package will be shipped via UPS. Delivery times depend on your location and any external factors such as weather, high shipping volumes, or carrier delays.

We encourage you to double-check your delivery address before completing your purchase, as we are unable to modify or replace orders with incorrect shipping details. Additionally, Pearls & Pelicans cannot assume responsibility for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged once they are in transit.

Pearls & Pelicans proudly ships throughout the United States. Whether you're in Louisiana or across the country, we’ll get your package to you with care.

International Shipping

While we primarily serve U.S. customers, we’re available to accommodate international orders! If you’re located outside the U.S., please reach out to our team before placing your order to discuss your request. We’ll provide an invoice for shipping costs based on your location.
