  • Washing: Wash your bamboo clothes in cold or warm water on a gentle cycle. Zip-up your bamboo and wash it inside-out. Use a mild detergent to keep the fibers soft and intact. Avoid using bleach or fabric softeners, as they can break down the fabric and affect its natural softness.
  • Drying: Air drying is the best way to maintain the shape and feel of bamboo clothing. Simply lay it flat or hang it to dry. If you must use a dryer, select a low heat setting to prevent damage to the fibers.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days of being placed, after which they are shipped via UPS. Delivery times vary depending on your location and any delays, such as weather, high shipping volumes, or carrier issues.

Please double-check your delivery information at the time of placing your order. We are unable to replace orders submitted with incorrect addresses or accept responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are in transit.

Do you ship internationally?

We primarily ship within the United States. However, we’re happy to accommodate international orders! Please email pearlsandpelicans@gmail.com to discuss your request, and we’ll provide an invoice for shipping costs based on your location.

How do I track my order?

After placing your order, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. To check the status of your shipment, simply visit our Track My Order page and enter the given tracking number.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your returns policy?

We want you to love your purchase, but if it doesn’t work out, you can return it within 30 days for a refund. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, in the same condition as received, and still have the tags attached to be eligible for a return.

Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment with a $5.95 processing fee deducted. Original shipping fees will not be refunded.

To initiate a return, visit our Returns page, enter your order number and email, and complete the remaining prompts. Once your return is received at our warehouse, please allow up to 7 business days for processing.

Can I return items purchased on sale?

Items purchased on sale are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Can I exchange an item?

Due to the daily changes in our inventory, we do not offer exchanges. However, you are welcome to return the item for a refund and then replace your order.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

We process orders immediately to get them on their way to you as soon as possible. Because of this, we do not accept order cancellations or modifications. Please double-check your order before placing it to ensure all details are correct, including item selection, quantity, and shipping information.
