At Pearls & Pelicans, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, we’re here to make the process as smooth as possible. Below, you’ll find details about returns, exchanges, order changes, and refunds.

Returns

We understand that sometimes things don’t work out. If you need to return an item, you can do so within 30 days of your purchase. To be eligible, items must be in their original condition—unused, unworn, unwashed, with tags still attached.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note there will be a $5.95 processing fee deducted from your refund, and shipping costs from your original order are non-refundable.

To start the return process, simply head to our Returns page, enter your order details, and follow the steps. Once your return reaches our warehouse, please allow up to 7 business days for it to be processed.

Please keep in mind that items purchased on sale are considered final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

Exchanges

While we don’t currently offer direct exchanges due to fluctuating inventory, we encourage you to return your item for a refund and place a new order for your preferred size, style, or color.

Order Cancellations & Changes

Orders at Pearls & Pelicans are processed as quickly as possible to ensure timely delivery. Because of this, we’re unable to accommodate cancellations or changes once your order has been placed. Please double-check all details, including item selection, quantity, and shipping information, before finalizing your purchase.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received an incorrect or defective item, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order to report the issue. We’ll work quickly to resolve it by offering a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping fees incurred.
